1. Complaints

If the goods have a defect after delivery, it is possible to agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. The buyer also has the right to request removal of the defect by repair or delivery of replacement goods. If the removal of the defect would be impossible or disproportionately costly, the buyer has the right to a reasonable discount from the purchase price. If it is a substantial defect, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement. These rights also apply if the defect appears after some time from delivery.

The seller is responsible for defects in goods that occur within two years from delivery, or until the expiration of the minimum durability date or shelf life indicated on the packaging.

Goods are considered defective especially if they:

  • do not have the usual or presented properties,

  • are not usable for the intended purpose,

  • do not comply with legal requirements,

  • or were delivered in a different quantity than agreed.

Increased sensitivity of the buyer or an allergic reaction to the product is not considered a defect. Likewise, a deficiency in gifts or other free services provided beyond the order is not a defect. Product images on the e-shop are illustrative and are not a binding representation of its properties (for example, packaging may change due to manufacturer modifications).

Questions regarding complaints can be addressed by email to alluringbeautybratislava@gmail.com. The complained goods should be sent to Alluringbeauty s.r.o., Jelenia 3141/7, 811 05 Bratislava – Old Town, Slovakia, together with a written description of the defect or how it manifests and stating the requested method of complaint resolution. The costs of delivering goods when filing a complaint are borne by the buyer.

The buyer will be informed by email about the progress of the complaint resolution, including its receipt, result or possible rejection.

The decision on the complaint is made without undue delay. The total period for resolving the complaint, including removing the defect, shall not exceed 30 days. If this period is not met, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer’s cooperation is essential for meeting the deadline.

1.7
If the complaint is recognized as justified, the seller will reimburse the costs associated with returning the goods.
